Please do not hesitate to submit questions or comments about this Privacy Policy or on general data protection to the contact details found under Section 2 of this Privacy Policy. Notice on the Use of Google Analytics:Providing optimal experience of our web pages and making them attractive to our users is of great importance to us. To do so, it is important for us to know what parts of our web pages appeal to our visitors.
This is why our web pages use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies," text files saved onto your computer that allow your usage of the web pages to be analyzed. The information on your use of the web pages generated by the cookie is generally transmitted to a Google server in the US where it is stored. We activated IP-anonymization for Google Analytics on our web pages. This means that your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the European Economic Area Agreement. Only in exceptions will your full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the US and shortened there. On behalf of the operators of these web pages, Google will use this information to assess your use of these web pages, compile reports about web page activity and perform additional services related to use of the web pages and the Internet for the web page operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser through Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
You can prevent cookie storage through your browser settings at any time. Information on how to configure your browser settings can be found in your browser's help function. However, please note that you may not be able to use every function of these web pages.
Furthermore, you can avoid the collection of such data through a browser plug-in. This plugin will use an opt-out cookie to prevent future collection and processing of your data by Google Analytics. You may download and install the browser plug-in from the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
You can also prevent data collection by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link to "Deactivate Google Analytics": Deactivate Google Analytics.. This will activate an opt-out cookie that will stop your data from being collected when visiting our web pages.
Further information on Google's terms of service and privacy policy can be found at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/us.html and https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.
Notice on Google AdWords:We sometimes display advertisements through "Google AdWords" and use so-called conversion tracking to analyze and improve our AdWords advertisements. By clicking on an advertisement displayed by Google AdWords, Google will save a cookie on the user's device for so-called "conversion tracking." These cookies allow Google to determine whether the user made contact after clicking on an advertisement (e.g., whether a user submitted an order or inquiry through our website). These cookies will lose their validity after 30 days. The conversion data collected through these cookies cannot be assigned to specific visitors. They merely allow Google to provide statistical conversion data to use for analysis and improvement of our AdWords displays. Further information on how Google AdWords and conversion tracking work technically can be found at:
https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1722022?hl=en
If you would like to disable conversion tracking for Google AdWords displays, you may deactivate automatic use of cookies through your browser settings or use an opt-out cookie to instruct your browser to only block cookies from the following domain: "googleadservices.com." Information on how to configure your browser settings can be found in your browser's help function. Please be aware that you should not delete opt-out cookies if you do not want conversion tracking to be performed. If you delete all of your browser's cookies, you will have to reactivate the respective opt-out cookie.
Notice on Google Remarketing Functions:We use the remarketing or "similar audiences" functions of Google Inc. ("Google"). These functions allow users of our website to be addressed through targeted interest-based advertisements.
To analyze web page usage and to create interest-based advertisements, Google uses tracking cookies that enable Google to recognize visitors when opening web pages that are part of Google's advertisement network. On these web pages, advertisements may be displayed to visitors that refer to contents the visitors previously opened on other web pages that use Google's remarketing function. Google assures it does not collect personal visitor data thereby.
You may prevent the use of cookies for advertisement purposes by Google by adjusting your settings accordingly at: http://www.google.com/settings/ads
Further information on Google's advertisement and privacy policy can be found at: http://www.google.com/privacy/ads/.
You can also deactivate cookies for interest-based advertisements derived from your user behavior via the EDAA's deactivation page at:
